Can't install printer i have a brother 620cn on windows 10, it should install by plugging in the usb. i can't use my printer after i upgraded to windows 10. my hp envy 5530 printer is not shown in the printers and drivers in my control panel. i tried to add my printer in the control panel.. I have an acer 5741 with windows 10. back when i had windows 7, i was able to use my hp deskjet f4580 without problem. however, when i try to install the printer, it always fails. i have tried using the driver installer from hp website (which fails in one of the steps after plugging in the printer. Windows 10 barfs all over itself when trying to install. by default win10 recognizes the printer and installs the ws driver version which can't print to this printer at all! and now win10 won't even install the actual printer driver..
