The cir driver depends if you have a infrared port in your motherboard, there is no usb driver for windows 10 because the default microsoft usb driver is enough, the usb filter driver fixes certain things with the usb 2.0 ports in the motherboard, it's nice to have, but that's all.. Amd is working closely with microsoft
